Of the four self service machines, one was temporarily out of service, another was out of paper, another had a paper jam and another was out of staples. Perfect. When I decided to have the counter staff complete the job, they proceeded to go and handle the problems with the self-service machine, instead of making my copies.
The worst FedEx ever, serious lack of customer assistance, I DON'T care what you guys are up to which obviously today NOTHING but don't ignore your customers like they are just a burden on your shoulders! What does rhe management of this store think? Don't be the Scrooge this holidays!
Don't bother going to this kinkos. While most kinkos have declined since they were purchased by fedex, this one is rock bottom. They are unable to scan documents and email them. Instead they provide a $10 surcharge for a floppy disk for the customer. They couldn't even figure out how to scan multiple pages into one documents. The place, especially bathrooms, are filthy. Save your time and go elsewhere.
This is the worst printers place ever. Whenever I need to print something important, I go there and end up waiting in line for at least 10 minutes. There is always those idiots in the line ahead who don't know what they want and take forever. Most of the time I need to print a few black and white pages pre-loaded on a flash drive. I just hand it to them and get out of there. But no. The 10 workers they got working there don't bother to go to the empty computer and help another customer. I recommend them putting a sofa or a few chairs because I'm tired of standing up for 15 minutes waiting in line to get 2 papers printed. Oh and the self-serve computers they have are slow (on purpose) because they charge for every minute you use. It's so laggy that when I printed my paper, a couple copies came out and I had to be on the computer longer than I needed.
A guy named David gave me such amazing customer service that I am still awed. I loved the guys I met who work here. Bravo for being excellent.
sure there are some frazzled employees, but on the whole, the ones who know what they are doing are very helpful and friendly. they go out of their way to assist me whenever i come in. and i'm just your plain 'ol middle-aged woman (to which many people in the service industry are dismissive and often downright rude.) anyway, i've been fortunate to have competent, friendly, efficient help at kinko's in glendale! my only complaint is about the maintenance of some of their b/w machines.
The epitome of efficiency. The employees were like lightning, taking care of what needed to be done and doing it so fast that it seemed like it didn't get done. When we arrived we were attended to so quickly that we didn't even notice.
We approached an employee who was talking to another employee and asked them for help, and they were so fast in helping us that they'd disappeared before we'd reached them. Amazing. It was like trying to catch a fly, a stupid, quick, annoying fly that buzzes all over the goddam place.
"Hi, I was wondering if you cou--"
"One second." You see that? How awesome that is? It only takes them ONE SECOND to walk away from you, help someone else and come back to you! Christ, I'm surprised these idiots haven't taken over the world!
