I come in here all the time. Sometimes I am just looking and other times I have a question about my iPod touch. when I have questions, you always try to sell me the things that I dont need and wasn't asking about. When I'm just looking, you try to drag me from what I was looking at to something that is on your sales agenda. Can you just let me be for a minute please. THANKS. This store can get crazy crowded. I don't like the long wait. Sheesh. This isn't the best store but it will suffice.
I went to the store and Jim (I believe his name was and on the receipt, employee 24543849) was helping me. He was smart, fast and mellow.
I was super pleased to walk out of the store with everything I needed handled fast, friendly and efficient service. Really A+ service, the kind you wish everyone was offering. I have to be candid, AT&T has not been so kind to me, always putting me on hold and always having challenges. I'm probably getting the Verizon version of the iPhone when they come out and leaving AT&T behind.

I love this location cause it's not TOOO crowded(like the one at the grove) and honestly, all the staff members are really nice and helpful.
Just make sure your not late for your genius bar appointments or else your pushed until the next available slot.
Almost an hour wait for the genius bar. Record profits and can't afford to adequately staff stores. I am not amused.
At least the lady helping me is nice.

Yeah it's often crowded, but they are selling very popular and groundbreaking products. I go there during the week to avoid lines. I found most people who have helped me there have been both knowledgable and friendly. I am a Mac fan, so I go here when I need Mac stuff.
This apple store, like all others, can get packed to the gills on the weekend. Make sure to show up early and get out by noon. The staff is helpful and they have all the usual apple products. This is your run of the mill Apple store. Make sure you have an appointment if you need help at the genius bar. Get your apple on!!! Oh, this store is inside the mall and if you need accessories for your iProducts the walk around and look for the kiosks that sell all the collateral accessories for way cheaper.
My macbook took a shit on me after neglecting those software update notifications for many many months (obviously a poor choice on my part). One day, I decided to update everything all at once and my macbook was DEAD. Nothing but the haunting "white screen of death".. NooOOoo, say it ain't so!
I made an appointment at the Genius Bar located inside the Apple Store in the Glendale mall and arrived around 8 p.m. I was exhausted from work AND anxious that I may have to empty out my pockets to fix or replace my laptop (my warranty is over, i did not purchase Apple Care). I just plopped myself onto a bar stool and I blankly stared at my name moving up the "next customer to be helped" list on a large blue screen.
Finally after my name was called, Mike came to assist me about my problem. I asked every question possible, and he was very patient and kind about my concerns and ultimately told me they need to try to reformat. He asked if I brought an external hard drive, I said no. So, he brought out his own external hard drive and asked me what I needed to back up (photos, music, important documents).. Luckily, problem fixed! The inside of my Macbook was majorly updated, practically new, and I was able to keep my old important stuff.
Mike additionally cleaned my screen and in between my keys, all with a smile.
Thank you, Mike of the Genius Bar, for dealing with my computer illiteracy and great service with no charge! My macbook lives on.
As long as you have an appointment, your good....their service is fast and the staff is so friendly here, they are truly geniuses at that bar...they know everything about mac computers, laptops, Iphones ect. Thanks Guys for all of your help! :)
I had to go to this store the other day to get my phone fixed. I had major issues with them before when I took my laptop there after the screen had cracked for no apparent reason. It was a nightmare dealing with them before and this time it was just weird!
This time around with my phone I got this strange guy who was flirting with me by rubbing my hand every time he touched my phone.
He was super creepy. I hate stuff like that.
Anyhow,if you have to go to an Apple Store I'm not sure which one to recommend but I can tell you this one has been weird more than once.
I'll give them 2 stars because at least the guy fixed my phone!
