Went to this store to get my son's Itouch fixed.  Veronica, employee for Apple store, was very helpful and frendly.  She took the time to help me and swapped the Itouch with a new one.  This is what I call Customer Service.

I phone 1, 2, 3, 4 lol I pad wifi, Ipad 3g , And last but not least my Beautiful huge nice I mac . I love these products i love that store. And who helped me? The young and beautiful talented Meagan and Jennifer!!! you girls ROOOOOCKKKK!!!! Apple on!!!!! O and i must say, If you know the rite people its the best store ever. For evevever.. This is the WORST Apple Store I ever been to. I will never set foot in this store again because the Apple dweeb rep lied to me that I cant use Apple Gift cards online. They act like they didnt want my business there. I love Apple and I will always be a MacGeek. But this Apple Store in Glendale will never get my business ever again!!

for all of my complaints about apple the brand (marketing for idiots, subpar graphics hardware, many things overpriced), i am really happy with the service at this place. two separate friends told me "go to this one for apple care, don't go to the grove one!" and so i did and it was rad. they fixed my laptop fast and for free (i still had a few months left on the warranty.)

i have no beef with the grove one, either. they replaced a failing iphone with no hassle back in 2008, and refunded the iphone 4 when we returned it with no hassle. i'm just following my friends' advice for the glendale one and enjoying the results so far. kind of like yelp...

I came in for my scheduled Genius Bar appointment where I explained that my problem is with OS X & Adobe Reader both installed on an external HD connected to my Mac mini, I immediately have been told by the Genius that this is out of their scope of support, that they can only help out with the internal HD and told me that due to the fact that the issue is not being able to rebuild permissions on the drive that contains Adobe Reader this is out of their scope of support.  Essentially Apple stated that this is Adobe's way of saying this is not an issue of theirs & to call Apple.  Gone are the days when companies such as Adobe, Apple & others will try to help out the best way they know.  These companies are to concerned with the legal ramifications & this is why this is happening more today than ever before.  Everyone needs to be forewarned that this is how to get out of being the good samaritan.

I just came back from this Apple store and I have to say, I was in and out faster than quickie at a truck stop.

My phone died, why? Because, well, I brought it to the sauna with me (i know dumb right) and it slowly started to die after a couple of days. So I had a hunch it was due to water / heat damage.

I made an appt just this morning on the Apple Genius website for 1:50pm. So I came in and spoke with Greg. He checked out my phone and helped me out with ease. He replaced mine with a brand new one and I was ready to go. It was so quick, i couldnt believe it.

Thanks Greg, you didnt just save me tons of time, but also my life. *Air High Five!*

This place is great. The staff is freindlym knowledgable and helpful.
Anyone with a complaint about this place is a whiny baby.

Who hired these people? I went in to the apple store on my lunch hour and waited 10 minutes to even be approached. I told a staff member I wanted to reserve the iphone4 as it was the first day to put your name on the list. We filled out the form online and he said I was all set to come a few weeks later and I'd be in the reservation list. Well, I get there at 6 am and sure enough- my name wasn't on the list!!!! I didn't have 7 hours to wait in tline so instead I put my name on the list to pick up the phone in-store. Well, 3 weeks later after receiving an e-mail to come pick up my iphone within 24 hours, the next day- my phone wasn't available! When I asked what I had to do to get a phone and had already been let down by them twice, the guy tells me "It's a popular item and I'm not more special then anyone else who's been waiting." Ok, rude!!! I did my due-dilegence of going through the process of getting the darn phone, and he had the nerve to insult me after I was already pissed off!!! Not good customer-service! I won't be giving the glendale store ANY business!!!
